Today, Justice Ishaq Bello of an Abuja High Court in Maitama, before whom Olisa Metuh was arraigned yesterday on two counts of destruction of evidence while in the custody of the EFCC, granted him bail in the sum of N300m with two sureties in like sum.
Metuh is already on remand in Kuje Prison by a Tuesday order of another Federal High Court in Abuja, with respect to charges of money laundering involving N400m, part of money meant for procurement of arms, which he collected from Dasuki. He is yet to fulfill the N400m bail granted him on Tuesday.
