There was pandemonium at Levy Mwanawasa General Hospital, Lusaka, Zambia, recently after a 24-year-old man was rushed in in an ambulance with him screaming more that the siren. The lad had used a size 21-inch nut as a penis ring to give himself more erotic sensation as he was masturbating in his bedroom and it got stuck after his penis gained turgidity.
The nut was eventually removed surgically and Doctor Maison Chomba, who handled his case, said the possibility was that the man rolled the nut to the root of his penis whilst it was flaccid but that the dilation of muscles happened after sexually toying the penis.
