Unknown person dumps a newborn on a main road in Akwa-Ibom State

The baby was allegedly found today inside a polytene bag along Dibue road, Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom with its umbilical cord still attached. It was already
dead by the time it was discovered….. R.I.P to it……
