3rd mainland bridge gets blocked by long vehicle.

According to sources, this happened some moments ago in Lagos. The driver was said to have broken a road use law but instead of going to turn at Yaba, he decided to do the U-turn on the bridge. Now the 
trailer is stuck on the preventive rail on the bridge and no car can pass through…… I pray ds doesn’t lead to heavy traffic…..
