The hitherto missing Bauchi State aircraft has been returned to Nigeria.

The Embraer ERJ 145 owned by the Bauch State government touched down at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa International Airport Bauchi at about 10am today. The new government suggested the aircraft was 
stolen by its predecessor and hidden in Morocco. The governor, Mohammed Abubakar said the state’s public Property Recovery Committee traced the plane.

In his response, former Governor Isa Yuguda told journalists the plane was on lease to Overland Airways. He said the new administration did not require any assets recovery committee to know what happened to the aircraft….. anyways, d wings of d plane av now been clipped so dt it won’t fly away again…..
