Fraudster who duped New Zealand woman of N53m set to be arraigned.


37-year-old Akintunde Vincent Abiodun, a graduate of Federal Polytechnic Auchi, Edo State, defrauded the woman by claiming to be Christopher Williams from UK.mThey met via a dating site on the internet and 
fell in love. The woman said Akintunde started collecting money from her after he claimed to be in possession of a gemstone worth $18,050,000, which he inherited from his father.

She also said, Akintunde tricked her into believing that he was coming to New Zealand to settle down with her. She claimed that the monies were received in Malaysia and Nigeria by persons bearing Norisha, Jalan Klan, and Mohammed Haizam Bin Fauzin.
