According to the owner of TalkGlitz who got the broadcast, this allegedly happened yesterday on Lagos Island. According to them, the boy packed his car (Range Rover), jumped out and started tearinghis clothes.
He then started moving around the mainroad of Lagos Island snapping with his iPhone 6. They said few persons around the scene identified him as one of the prominent yahoo boys within the neighborhood.
